Really interactive course. Excellent trainer. Opportunity to share experiences and knowledge. Will take PBS away in my own practice. I will adapt my care for my patient to help achieve positive outcomes. Thank you for today, really enjoyed the training.

Kirstie was a brilliant trainer and you could tell throughout the entire day that she has a passion for what she teaches as it shone through her session today. The course was very informative but also allowed us to think collaboratively as a team. I have learnt a lot and will definitely use the skills today in future practice and understanding that people behaviour for a certain way

Really liked the delivery. Good amount of interaction between the facilitator and the group. It was very clear and applicable to our practice. The booklet was amazing, it was good that the information was in one place and we could write our own notes.

Really informative session. It was really helpful to have Kirstie relate to practice by using real life examples. The workbook was a great learning tool as well. There was a good amount of group discussion and work. Felt like it was a good number of staff on the training as well, enough to be able to share experiences and people feeling comfortable to share.
