Incredibly engaging and very experienced tutor. Knows how to engage with the different people that were on the course and presented the material in an easy but highlighting the importance of learning how to communicate and de-escalate situations with patients while enhancing the care for them. Such a great course for learning PBS, Jack was an amazing host, he’s very informative and kind. He explained everything with great examples and great evidence. Would definitely recommend Jack for more training courses. I really enjoyed the session today !!

An excellent learning trainer who explains concepts clearly and patiently. The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and easy to follow.
