Liam was very chatty and engaging. He made it enjoyable when it could’ve been boring. Big slay.

I felt it could have been condensed. Content really good, and trainer was very engaging, very long day and maybe could be shortened.

PBS training was very informative and helpful, which helps to understand more about a persons behaviour and I find it will be more useful while working in an A&E environment.
