Really enjoyed the course, it has been invaluable, I feel for the first time I understand what I should be doing in my role. It showed me how important face to face training is rather than doing reams of e-learning. The session was led by an engaging trainer who explained the concepts well and made it ok for us to ask questions. I think the course could be improved by doing it over three sessions as two 3.5 hour sessions I personally found to be too long.
A good foundations and I would like more training on EUPD

Brilliant training :), trainer so engaging and made the course entertaining, only thing I would of been easier if the booklet was in word not PDF couldn't use printer as working at home during lockdown.
Rachel was brilliant and very knowledgeable and made everyone feel included and welcome in the training group.
