Kirsty presented the course really well and had all colleagues involved. it was a very informative course and I enjoyed it.
such a lovely leader and can tell she is amazing at her job, no wonder she has so many stories to tell, took alot a way from this and gave me reminders of what i love most about my job and what to look out for, thinking outside the box, i dislike learning on screens but this was amazing.
