This training was really relevant to supporting our customers. I am really hoping that all staff have taken this training and will use PBS to support people more effectively and understand the root causes of a persons behavior. I will also make sure I do this myself and support my colleagues to look beyond the behavior itself. Thank you

this training was excellent, most of the tools and knowledge are already implemented in the service, so was more of a refresher than new skills.
