The course is very good but I find the time to be too short as there is alot for us to consume and alot for the trainer to put across to us. This is what we deal with in our houses and we need more time. But otherwise it was very educative and very informative.
The training was on point because it opened my eyes more to care work services. The trainers were explicit and on point with detail outline
It was lovely to have a refresher and to be able to discuss some family members as a team. The trainers made it very informative and engaging at all times.
