Really useful for thinking of our responses to situations. I feel it is more aimed at care staff than Acute nursing staff that potentially haven’t the time to spend with patients to achieve what we are being taught. The trainer was relatable and shared experiences which made the content more understandable.
Really enjoyed the course. Very engaging and informative. Jon is very knowledgable and is able to adapt his presentation to meet needs of his audience. I will be recommending this training to my work colleagues
