Brilliant course. Materials and subject matter was great but Liam (the trainer) made it really accessible and engaging. Was amazing to see how he related to our lived experience and tied in his own experiences too. I've learnt alot just from his delivery for my own role so thanks to him!

Very interactive, Liam kept the learners engaged, personal to each member of staff and allowed us to be open with our opinions and experiences. Very in depth and this training will change my practice.

Liam was fantastic and kept me fully engaged throughout the day. There’s a lot of factors that weren’t really covered but they are NHS specific and requires a bit more in depth knowledge from those with more experience to tailor the programme.

Brilliant course, makes you think more in depth about people’s behaviours while presenting in hospital and how to correctly manage challenging situations. Trainer Ben was amazing, very engaging, friendly and kept it interesting.

I enjoyed this course and found it useful to understand the theory. Key messages were reiterated throughout, such as all behaviour being a form of communication and about thinking deeper beyond what you see, which was beneficial to ensure these messages stuck with us. The trainer was engaging and used examples to help us relate to the content.
