Andy was a brilliant tutor. He was very attentitive to the group and very interactive. He even acknowledged me by the name I preferred instead of the my "official" first name. He covered the topic in a way which he made sure that everyone understood and even used examples specific to the people within the room and their services. It was the most enjoyable course I've undertaken in my time at HG and I've learned a lot of pivotal information that I hadn't even considered before.

very good overall , very informative and the trainer was very good at getting everyone involved . second Sherwood training I have and they have both been very good

Great training course, really insightful. Gave great skills to support customers, really excited to implement this with the team and adapt our way of working. Love how it links with LIFE and how Home Group is moving forward and progressing.

the training required the camera to be on, which is something I struggle with.
