Lee was very clear and ensured people understood the concepts. The content was thought provoking and could help make strategies for dealing with some different people in different situations. Hard to see how it could help in situations where you see a patient for only moments. The delivery was clear and concise
Very interactive and engaging. Liam was very engaging with all who attended and made it very informal giving the time to speak about experiences. I am looking forward to day 2 & day 3.

Ben was amazing!! Everything was explained extremely well and lots of examples were given which allowed us to relate to the theory being taught. He told us a lot about his experiences and how he dealt with certain circumstances which again made it relatable.
One of the best courses I have done in my nursing career. Ben was enthusiastic and passionate about his area of teaching. That was palpable in how engaged the whole of the group today was. I hope to complete my Level 2 with Ben because it was truly amazing and I will change some of my practice around what was taught by Sherwood today. Thanks!
