Kirstie delivered the training really well, was very friendly and kept it interesting all the way. Her knowledge and experience that she bought to the training was great.

I thought Kirsty was excellent. She was so clear and communicated the training amazingly. She was also bubbly and super responsive to everyone's points. I found the content interesting and diverse - it covered all different aspects of care and the different behaviors that challenge. I also thought the workbook was a great way of keeping people engaged.

Andy was very knowledgeable and kept the group engaged, he was very upbeat and delivered the training so it was easily understood and kept checking everyone's understanding of the topics. I personally found 3 .5 hours a bit too long especially on the second day, but that was about my concentration, not Andy's delivery.
