Absolutely loved this training! I had lots of ‘lightbulb’ moments throughout and have learnt how to put my own experiences into practice when understanding potential ‘triggers/trauma’ within the people I support. It was a great opportunity to reflect on personal past trauma too. Lisa is a fantastic trainer, cannot fault her what so ever.

Really interesting to break down why people do what they do. I like the stuff around every behaviour having a reason and we can work out why if we just look deeper.
