The training encompasses how to support our client better, its makes me understand what to do and what not to do at work and the best approach to support people.
Initially when we started the course , i felt does not relate to me due to the setting i work in . But later , found out ws very useful . Thankyou .
Really enjoyed the session today learnt that pbs is to ensure patient needs are met and to not use terminology such as "kicking off"
