Loved every minute of todays course, Kirsty really explained everything well and how we can apply the arousal model in our own day to lives as well as working with patients.

It was an amazing experience and good training because I could relate to work. I am going back equipped to manage my patients and colleagues relationships in a much better way. Trainer was attentive and supportive in delivering the course. I’m very grateful for this experience and opportunity

Very good very informative and have learned a lot about understanding why behaviours start. I enjoyed learning about the arousal module and I will be able to take that in my practice as a nurse looking after patients I enjoyed the delivery was interactive and got us thinking about everyday things that we may ignore The booklet was a good way to write down our ideas and be able to remember and a way to reflect on the learning we did during the training
