The training was informative and I have learn a lot which am going to apply it on my ward. Ben was very professional, he took his time to explain into details. Training was long but it wasn’t boring as he let use share our ideas and knowledge and we have a lot of activities. He also has previous experience which he applied on the training. Thank you Ben

Response: Hi Sarah. Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We hope the training received by Dan will further support you within your role. Thanks again.

Ben was extremely interactive and immediately made me feel comfortable and excited to learn. He engaged well with the group and he seemed to enjoy sharing his in depth knowledge of PBS, which encouraged me to want to understand it. I found the whole session very informative and this will definitely change my practice for the better. I look forward to level 2

Response: Hello Eileen, thank you for your comments on the course. We feel that trainers bringing personal experiences at work to the course can aid learners on these courses. We look forward to seeing you on day 2 as well!

Ben was so fantastic, he immediately engaged the group with a positive and down to earth attitude that made the content interesting and encouraged us all to join in. This is one of the few training days that I've enjoyed from beginning to end and I genuinely feel like I've learned and developed my knowledge and understanding on this course. I'll be using what I've learned in practice every single day. Thank you Ben :)

the content was great, real eye opener, learnt a lot that will be taken into practice, great trainer, very enthusiastic and passionate about his job -linked all the learning back to real life scenarios which was really useful but it was very long, a 1hr (x2 15mins and a 30min) break didnt feel enough for 8hours of absorbing information - for someone who struggles with retaining information and staying alert/engaged it was difficult - maybe 2 4hour sessions would have been more ideal to increase the likelihood of information being retained or more breaks between or more interactive bits as opposed to sitting and listening for a long period of time
