I enjoyed the course with Ben because he made it very engaging! I liked that he made it interactive for everyone (even for those that were quiet in the back). I liked Ben’s way of teaching as he never made me feel silly for asking questions and he included examples that were personalised to each person! I would 100% recommend this course. Thanks a lot Ben :)

Very informative day, will certainly make a difference to vulnerable children in our care. The trainer kept the day very interesting and was very passionate about it.

Very helpful day - learnt lots. The part about people’s baselines and how they change and people’s cues was interesting. I’ll remember to start with “what’s wrong” in the future. The only negative is being sat down the whole day - but I think this is just a personal thing and being on my feet for hours
