amazing course and wonderfully delivered. It really makes you think and reflect on the way you interact with others and helps understand why a person can react they way they do

Rachael delivered the training really well. She made it really interesting, relevant and real. She gave us all the theory but also translated into real life scenarios that brought PBS to life. The training went at an appropriate pace. Rachael was always checking in with us to make sure that we understood and would make time for questions and answers. Thank you. Great training
