Liam was really nice, informative and easy to understand
Good effective class it I was very interactive
I absolutely loved the course as it was taught in a positive and engaging way. I felt involved in the course and Liam was really clear in the way he communicated with us in class. The class was indeed Positive. I felt more empowered as staff to provide better support and felt better equipped as well. I think Liam also changed the way I view challenging behaviour as well by the way he is teaching.

Interactive session, Well explained, More videoes would be helpful if possible..
Liam was very engaging, the session was very educative. I was able to learn a lot from the session. I am going to practice more effectively now that I have an understanding of positive behavior support.
The course is been well taught. It has a very engaging session. Love the energy and the interaction with class. Many good point that are relatated to my area of work has been touch and good evidence base practice has been shown

The class was very lengthy but quite engaging and the trainer gave breaks in between. This session was quite enlighten and made me understand what patients feels when going or through those series of behaviours.
