Very interesting. Lee was clear and concise. Explanations and examples were spot on. The use of them were helpful to understand. Process (PBS) is interesting. Will look into it more.

A really good and informative day - the facilitator was excellent and the use of examples and descriptions are so much better than a PowerPoint presentation.

Really interesting, definitely changed my perspective on some issues when looking after young people.

Ben was amazing!! Everything was explained extremely well and lots of examples were given which allowed us to relate to the theory being taught. He told us a lot about his experiences and how he dealt with certain circumstances which again made it relatable.
