I think it would be good to discuss challenging behaviours from family/friends. I found the course really interesting and it is good to have it delivered by a specialist in the area who was really enthusiastic about the topic.

Great to orientate my thinking towards being more flexible with patients and having more psychologically-oriented discussions with colleagues

Kirstie was a brilliant trainer, I have massively learnt a lot about the way I think I’m my work life and my home life (being a parent to my little boy). Very knowledgeable and would have been honoured if she looked after myself or one of my relatives. Thankyou so much :) x

Kirstie was a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgeable with fun and relevant stories to help the day along. We get people into clinic who are already escalating and this course will be great in helping to de-escalate situations .

Response: Thank you, Rebecca, for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear you found Kirstie’s training helpful and engaging. It's great to know the course content feels relevant to your clinic work, especially in supporting de-escalation. We really value your feedback.

Very good. Revision rather than new learning but very important nonetheless. I will endeavour to always try to consider the arousal model in relation to patients and to always treat people as individuals. Whilst we all try to do this, sometimes we forget!

Great course. Useful examples. Quite long with a lot of sitting but the interaction was great and kept us alert. A good basis and I am interested in the second level to bring it all together
