Really enjoyed this training course, loved how we all got involved and was really eye opening to me. It was a fantastic environment to be in everyone sharing their ideas etc.

A lot of good information and new skills / techniques to use moving forward and use in our daily work life

Course good but far too much sitting and break cut short therefore did not feel comfortable to use bathroom or make a drink. Content good, trainer knowledgeable, but more time required as it was an overload.

Both trainers incredibly informative, clearly had great knowledge on topic and extremely helpful in guiding the staff when training them.
