I wasn’t sure I’d be able to take much from this course but it was excellent and I’ve truly gained knowledge that will improve my practice as an RN. For example, The Arousal Model is something I will refer to from now on to improve outcomes for service users under my care.

The course was intriguing, made me think about my passive actions, behaviours etc. The tutor made the course interesting and engaging. I look forward to implementing the learning to the patients that I come across especially the patients with mental health issues who are placed on general wards and gets misjudged or misunderstood

The session was outstanding. It was very interesting and made me realise and think outside the box and to be remindful of, how we don’t know what people go through in life and everyone reacts differently. Very interactive session and beneficial. Layla
