Good course. Sometimes hard for me to participate when others talked at the same time and dominated more.

Really enjoyed the course, it has been invaluable, I feel for the first time I understand what I should be doing in my role. It showed me how important face to face training is rather than doing reams of e-learning. The session was led by an engaging trainer who explained the concepts well and made it ok for us to ask questions. I think the course could be improved by doing it over three sessions as two 3.5 hour sessions I personally found to be too long.

Good Relaxed course ,that's not to underestimate how learned the tutor was, she made everyone comfortable even when asking questions directly. I e breaking the question down to make it easier. But also making the importance of the case as well.

Really enjoyed the course, the trainer was friendly and encouraged the group to get involved.
