Was very informative and learnt a lot about human behaviour. The trainer was engaging and informed on the topic. Was able to have a quick discussion about applying the course to a very fast paced and acute environment.

Very interactive session. It made me think about the way we interact with patients in the hospital and how we don’t always think about the triggers causing the change in behaviour.

Ben changed my way of thinking in just the first two hours of the day. I have worked for 25 years at NMGH and I learned more today about PBS than I have in the last 20+ years. Thank you

This course was amazing, i feel it has helped me with my role as a community nurse as we deal with alot of difficult patients specially as lone workers sometimes i feel unsafe. The trainer was really engaging and made the course feel like it went faster than it actually was lol, i recommend everyone to attend this course as it definitely helps with how youd practice going forward!

Today’s Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training was very insightful and engaging. It really helped me understand the importance of looking beyond a person’s behaviour to identify the underlying causes and triggers. The session highlighted how positive approaches, patience, and empathy can make a big difference when supporting individuals who display challenging behaviour. I found the examples and practical strategies very useful, and I now feel more confident in applying what I’ve learned in my daily practice. It was truly an eye-opener and a great reminder of how person-centred support can lead to better outcomes for both patients and staff. Overall, it was a valuable and well-delivered session that I would highly recommend to others.
