Really engaging sections, lots to take home. Both trainers are so good at managing class
The session was interactive which made the learning process much easier. Tutor was amazing, simplified words and used examples to ensure we grabbed the right knowledge and understanding. Most importantly the lesson has changed my perspective and perception of how people behave and will positively improve my way of work going forward.
