I really enjoy the course , the trainer Ben was very good at what he does and explaining things well.

The course provided an overall idea to understand the patients more and tackle situations in an effective way. Getting to know the triggers , cues and solutions was the best.

The course material was specific with the topic. Told us about putting theories in to practice. It was learning and fun
