Really useful day. As a NICU ward manager I found it really useful. I will certainly use the skills learnt to support families. Considering they’re going through severely stressful times having a baby on the unit. So these skills will be useful to listen and hear and make their experience better. THANK YOU

Kirsty was a brilliant trainer. I wasn't looking forward to the course initially as I'm not a huge fan of sat down training courses but she made it so interactive and enjoyable.
