A refreshing experience, and a way to remind yourself of seemingly ‘basic’ behaviours that are easily ignored. Sometimes the simplest skills are the most difficult to master.

I enjoyed the course, and Kay was a great facilitator. I think the first half of the course wasn't quite as relevant to my work situation, however, the second half was definitely more my jam.
