I found the course provided a good outline of what is required to move from transactional field sales to Key Account Management and our 2 senior Sales Engineers got a great deal out of it. The trainer, Simon Broom even went the extra mile to focus on our newest team member and provide her with some excellent tips which she is already employing in her day to day

Really enjoyed the course. Great content, we went into specific examples of real situations (which was very useful), excellently presented by Simon Broom who kept everything moving at pace, covered a lot of areas but kept the delegates engaged through his clear explanations and delivery of the course work.
