I recently completed the KAM course and it was an exceptional experience. The trainer, Mr. Hudd, was fantastic. His detailed explanations kept the sessions engaging and informative, ensuring I never felt bored. The course content was comprehensive and delivered with great clarity. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I highly recommend it!

Thoroughly enjoyed the course, I found it very insightful and Simon made it very engaging. I have already started to use some of the skills I picked up during the course and seeing great outcomes based on these new approaches when managing my key accounts.

Nick was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to and follow. I learned some very good strategies and lots of good questions to ask customers. Some of the course content wasn’t relevant, but that was not anyone’s fault, and some areas we had already got pretty well covered. But that was also good to have confirmation of.

Really enjoyed the course, Nick listened, evaluated & was perceptive. He explained things well taking time to ensure we understood each section. There was lots of engagement and we were encouraged to ask questions. Definitely got me thinking about my approach going forward.

Enjoyed the course. Found it especially useful the many life examples that was used to demonstrate the point being made. 1 suggestion and perhaps this step was missed as quite a few people arrived 30 min late in the first session, but an introduction about yourself and what you done previously in sales/key account would have been good. When at first I heard your background was an artist and media, I was thinking whether you had any real life experience in sales. It was only day 2 I think that you mentioned that you worked 25 years as a sales director/ consultant, which added the credibility. Great course with lots of info
