Simon delivered an exceptional course and my favourite part of the training were the examples and interactive parts. Simon presented a modern up to date course that focused on real life examples to help get the message across

Surpassed my expectations. I expected a typical role play situation which I was dreading. Gray was fabulous, engaging and turned the learning into a fully interactive and fun experience, I will be returning for the next course and recommending to others - thanks Gary!
