Gary was super helpful and very insightful with great techniques/methods to help me understand customer needs more and things from their perspective.
Brilliant course, I learnt a lot, Nick was really engaging, he took the time to understand our sales area and tailor the training to our daily activities. I feel much more confident to sell and direct meetings with customers.
