Really enjoyed and found the training very useful. Maria was brilliant and very knowledge full. She was able to answer all my questions throughout comfortably. The course was interactive and energising. My only negative findings were that I found most the content to be about new business rather than repeat business.
Maria was simply 10/10. There was no question she was unable to answer. She was 100% focused every minute of the course throughout. She is an unbelievable teacher and I genuinely feel like it has changed how I will continue my sales career.

Very helpful course for someone with no sales experience, allowed me to identify existing behaviours and where they fit into the sales model and highlight areas where I can improve. Patrick was a great trainer, very natural in delivery which made it easy to understand and meant it was ready to keep my attention in the course
I have really enjoyed the course and the content, it has given me the confidence to move ahead with my career and take on any challenges with a structure. Hitesh was fantastic in his delivery and engagement.
The course was very good and relevant to my current position. What I liked most were: when the trainer gave real life examples and anecdotes to explain techniques, the practical sessions where we had the opportunity to put learning into action and the one to one feedback. Overall really excellent.
