I enjoyed the course. It made me think deeper than previous courses I have been on and I liked the way it was presented
Thoroughly enjoyable and challenging 2 days. Simon listened well and adapted the learning to our needs. The days went quickly which is always a good sign and the overall feeling was positive.
Really enjoyed the course. It gave me an insight into how I can improve my role without anything else but the understanding of language and the knowledge how to control a conversation.
Good use of breaks and detail - allowed to get in depth on a topic before breaking, gathering thoughts and then attacking the new topic. Learned new things and allowed me to see opportunities where I may have fell into bad habits
Simon was fantastic and very engaging. I will take lots away from the training!
Absolutely fab! had a bad previous experience with 'sales training' (not Tack) and Simon completely restored my PTSD. He was very funny, charming and extremely knowledgeable. The training was great and really useful!
great 2 days training, with some new techniques and some to polish the existing ones :), our trainer made these two days filled with knowledge, learning with fun and with very engaging tasks/practice agendas.
This was a course that was excellent in presentation. It is always very difficult when attending a course that is how to sell. Simon Broom made this an easy fit with experiences given to us over many years of work and experience gained. I was expecting some young person to present a course that forgive to pun granny and sucking eggs . Greatly appreciated Simon and his real life experiences, made light work of a topic where there is no actual way.
Nice to have a workbook and the presentation slides to refer back to and make notes on, good pace during the course with plenty of practise to help develop techniques.
Nick was very good and gave me some new techniques to try. A lot of information to take in but very helpful/useful and I can’t wait to try them to see the outcomes and of course improvements. There were definitely things/questions that I had never thought about asking to gain information to move forward with a prospect
