My initial objective was to learn how to lead a team, but the training does not tell you how to lead a team but gives you the tools to adapt. which is good but takes time to adapt and practicalise
Good course, would prefer it in a hybrid way so some in person time so group forms better and networks more.
enjoyed the training and benefit to my team
I think the structure of the course is well formed, I felt that we all communicated well and were kept involved with the topic and very much part of the group. The pre-work was sometimes a lot to properly take in and feel that this could have been built into the course to allow time to really understand and reflect on the subject content. Working in a busy team and working late / family time it was hard to find the time to complete it. Maybe have a section within the day where we read/watch the pre work then discuss it in our breakout rooms.
very practical and helpful approach to reflecting on and changing behaviors that will contribute to better team dynamics and productivity
course is very practical in its approach giving techniques for improving personally, as a leader and as a team lead and member. looking after yourself and team and developing techniques to avoid burnout
The course has broadened my understanding about the leadership. Gave very valuable tips on interaction and team building. I feel it definitely made me better and gave the foundation to improve further.
This has been an excellent 4 days - the challenge now is to put all the learning into practice.
This course has been very enlightening for me. It has given me lots of 'food for thought' and also challenges of my own leadership style but also around the different management styles of other people that I work with and how we can work together more proactively.
It is a shame we don't have another session in 6-12months.
