Good session, very thought provoking. Fantastic to have head space to stop and reflect. I will use the tools and additional reading to review and reflect. I struggled with thinking of examples in real time today, likely overload

Some of the "thinking for yourself" pauses today seemed overlong Otherwise, a few strategies learnt to adopt in work

Very valuable to use theory and use examples of how to apply the theory. The correct amount of time spent to reflect and find examples of 'lived experience'.

I am more empowered to lead with this course learning experience.

I always find virtual education challenging however Paul has the knack of making the sessions easy comfortable. There is never any pressure which allows me personally to relax into the session as I don't feel judged. The content is really insightful and usable in practice and it does make you reflect and evaluate how to tackle change and challenging situations.

i enjoyed this session I dont actually manage people although i do lead and i enjoyed this session it was very useful as i manage change following incidents occurring and i support people with this.

Enjoyed the subject and interactions with others will help to guide me through a current change management.

The course is good and I learned a lot. The pre-work materials are enjoyable and were definitely inspiring and eye opening.
