Well educative course , learning a lot indeed

these course are excellent, well paced and interesting. Lots of opportunity for discussion that I value.

Very interactive which cements learning.

Really useful day with lots of helpful and practical resources to take back to work and use in my leadership journey.

There were a lot of concepts and some were a little challenging. It may have been better to have greater explaination and examples. Over I enjoyed the session

Educative course and empowering

I think it may sometime be helpful to have scenarios ready for the breakout rooms, either by asking the delegates to bring examples of… or provide some by the facilitator. Time is wasted in the breakout rooms sometime by trying to think of examples in a short amount of time whilst still trying to get to know people. I also think is it more beneficial if we stay with the same groups through the session, this helps bring rapport and build on experiences. I really enjoyed today’s session, thank you :)
