Mr. Michael was a practical trainer. He uses both cognitive and pragmatic attitude to make the trainees understand what he's explaining, as well as follow up. He's also jovial as well as very serious. I really love his partain of teaching.

The resuscitation component was highly informative, offering essential life-saving skills such as assessing responsiveness and performing CPR. This part of the training increased confidence and preparedness to respond effectively in emergency situations.
