Amazing day today I was so pleased,the teachers he was talking his time and explain everything to us plus the demonstration was perfect.I em very grateful.Thank you

Appalling cancellation with less than 1 hours notice
Karen is very knowledgeable with her course material
Previous course was better and all the videos and content was not useful at all. Three booklet is required has the note pads are not useful at all. Plus the pen was blue which should have been black. Paul focused too much on the conflict section as this was not useful for beginners and clinical staff. Marketing video was unnecessary. Overall, it was not a positive experience.
