Gaynor was a lovely trainer. Very easy to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and fun to listen to.
The session was enjoyable and informative. The session facilitator, Paul, was knowledgeable and presented the modules in a clear and approachable manner. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I was very happy with the course and the trainer was fantastic.
Only thing to improve the course would be improved signage to help people find the room for the course. I reported to reception and was told someone would come to find me, nothing happened so I had to go looking myself.
Very informative, however more refreshments are needed for a long day
