Good to get it done in a day but brushed over a lot of the info as there is so much information for one day. I liked it when we had a manual to keep. Definitely better when we had biscuits with the coffee to help keep energy levels up as it is a very long day. The venue is quite hot and stuffy as no windows or outside view. Trainer was entertaining and knowledgeable but I think he should be a bit careful with sharing his own personal opinions about things as he could upset/ trigger people. Overall, it was good.
All great but the venue is a bit suffocating.
Trainer was engaging however a few times there was misunderstanding of communication (I said one thing not the other) which he called out to the whole cohort. I didn’t appreciate that, but other than that it was fine
Great excellent teacher.. ive learned new techniques.. the teaching is comprehensive and direct.. overall rhe lecture and actual demo is enjoyable , not boring..
Steve was very patient, detailed and the learning experience was awesome. I will definitely recommend for future training
