This was by far the best train the trainer course I have done .the course was Done in the work place ,so our own equipment was used . Jamie took his time to explain and involve all the team every step of the way . It was not only informative it was a great refreshers .It also gave all the team some new ideas and techniques which were new to us that we will Definitely use in our staff training /induction days . Jamie made all the team relaxed and allowed input from us also . The slides and videos were easy to follow ,and the discussion after each were informative. I enjoyed Jamie’s teaching techniques they were easy to follow .
