It was really good really helpful. Perhaps a little bit clinically focused for the non clinical members of the team so could perhaps be adapted slightly to be a bit more inclusive, however Karen took that feedback on board and ensured everyone got the most from the training.

Sue was really knowledgable and really helpful. Answered all the questions everyone had and made sure everyone was comfortable and confident. Plenty of equipment to practice on and lots of chances to have a go.

The venue didn't provide fresh coffee. So 1 flask was meant to last all day and the hotel didn't refresh water

Really engaging two days, Sue fully invested into each delegate and ensured she checked in regularly ( she also made the effort to learn names) Great course, enjoy both theory and practical session
