Great 2 days, Sue is a very knowledgeable trainer. Videos shown at the end aren't demonstrating safe practice ans against information shared throughout the training and the reading material

Would like some more group activities as it’s very theory heavy

Trainer was excellent-very pleased with his performance Good knowledge, stories and rapport with the delegates Less impressed with the venue-flasks of tea/coffee arrived in the morning but not in the afternoons Cafe closed and lunch not provided , it would have been helpful if this had been advised before the course

I felt more time could have been spent on the practical elements of the course. More people using the equipment

Trainer delivery was excellent. Full involvement and encouragement for discussion. Videos were dated but remaining info content was excellent. The equipment provided was removed early preventing use but was provided at a cost. The overall course was good.
