Very informative, felt very at ease and made it feel fun and enjoyable
Very informative and enthusiastic trainer
Very happy with the trainers. I was able to talk about different scenarios and I feel more confident going back to training my staff. Both trainers were approachable and easy to talk too.
Trainers are very well knowledgeable and amount of engagement was perfect. The quality of the Venue does not meet standard very cold and uncomfortable for learners
Excellent really enjoyed every moment of the training .
Absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Sharon was excellent and her immediate knowledge and expertise was fantastic to help me improve my skills and confidence. Exhaustive content covering all the bases.
Sharon was great. She kept us engaged and made sure we understood what the workshop was all about and taught us how to re-word.
Amazing, Sharon was really helpful and I have learnt so much. Thankyou
