I feel competent now to deliver training to staff. There were some elements of the trainer's delivery style that I didn't feel were effective however over all if was satisfactory. The trainer would use his phone and eat whilst training which i didn't feel was appropriate. However Shahbaz was obviously very knowledgeable and covered all areas I was expecting to learn about.
Good but sometimes went to quick when going through slides also tea and coffee limited both days tutor had to seek for extra on first day second day not much provided

Over the two-day course, I learned so much, and the advice and training I was given will stay with me forever. I now feel confident and competent in training our company’s staff, knowing I’m doing it correctly and competently. Jo is such a credit and asset to your company – without doubt the best trainer I have ever had present a course, thankyou so much
Found the course very interesting, learnt a lot of really useful things. Particularly enjoyed the practical demonstrations. The trainer (Jo) made me feel at ease straight away and made everyone feel so welcome and kept it a really relaxed atmosphere.
