Learned a lot on this 2-day session and a lot to take away to get implemented to the work place.
Excellent, informative, relevant and helpful
Timing was a bit off, earlier starts as I received information from 10 to 4pm
It was very informative and practical all throughout the training.
Fantastic course! Johnny was clearly very knowledgeable on the subject. Excellent pace and delivery. Very person centred and tailored to the groups overall learning style. Demonstrations and practical assessments very very good! The venue had a designated area with a “hospital/care home setting ,that brought the course to life. Good variety of tools and resources provided. Would highly recommended.
John’s way of teaching and explaining the course is completely different from others. He creates an environment where delegates feel comfortable, making it easy to understand the material. His interaction throughout was really engaging, and his positive energy made the experience even better. Thanks to him, we gained a strong understanding of the course.
