very good follow up and explanation Mis SAL was really got the skills and knowledge that make the course quite easy understandable.

Excellent training. very well paced and clear to the task. We were encouraged to help another which helped boost self confidence and test my own understanding.

Ebe ensured that everyone worked at the same pace and didn't leave anyone behind, with interaction and group work. She explained everything very well and was happy to take questions, a really thorough but brief summary of level 2 in one day.

I found the course really useful, it refreshed my basic knowledge and also made me aware of new techniques to use in my everyday role.

great course very informative and useful

Lunch was too small a portion, I have tried both of your styles. I understand the need to avoid waste. I would have liked a tray of bread/salad that was optional to help yourself from. The takeaway box was not welcome as I put it straight on a plate to heat it.
