Leadership in Management Reviews

I loved the experiential nature of the course and found it very impactful and valuable. So refreshing from most other less dynamic courses. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars…. I would have loved to have had more opportunity to lead tasks rather than spend most time working at a task level as I felt I learned most in the one leadership opportunity I had. Whilst the final feedback session was very valuable, I felt the first 3 days were more impactful for me than the last two days. Other: Would have been good to leave the PLOs and learning materials on the walls of the training room as we prepared to give the final feedback.

Liked the program.

All good. However, the program is very compressed to the extent made people exhausted.

Didn't expect it to be so physical

Original content, immersive and genuine learning. Great staff and venue location / food. Whilst a beautiful building the break out rooms and some of accommodation really need a refresh .

Very organized, friendly staff all around and amazing and diverse content

Very good projects. However, this was physically exhausting. Excellent caring facilitatorabout our needs, being good listener and observer. The shadow concept was awkward and might be unconformable.

My first experience of experiential learning to this degree. A great way to discover, understand and embed new learnings.

Very interesting though intense and mentally exhausting. I believe that the learning will benefit me in the long run.

I've had a brilliant week. Very nearly broken, but so worthwhile. I want to thank everyone for the experience and particularly to my team for putting everything into it.
