The course really opened my eyes to new experiences and learnings, I have learned in a week what could be have a lifetime of experience

I was very anxious coming into this course as I felt I knew what it would entail and push me to face. I was right. But my anxiety over this made things so much worse as this was a truly amazing experience and made all the better for the team I was chosen to be with, oh and Bill 😉

I had a very positive experience with the Leadership Trust course. The program created a safe and engaging environment where I was able to reflect on my own leadership style, gain new insights, and practice skills that will help me build stronger relationships and lead with greater impact.

Lovely, amazing staff and facilitators

The course content is very insightful. I went into this skeptical but tried to fully buy into the program and trust the process, the course delivery was excellent, the tasks were clearly well planned to tie into learning sessions and to reinforce and challenge us. The course was well delivered, the facilitators excellent and the support staff went above and beyond not only relating to the delivery of the course but helping with other issues not related which came up through the week. I feel as though I have gained so much from the course and want to ensure I implement the learning into my career and family life. Overall 10/10 I can’t find any fault

Came into the course not knowing what I was going to learn or what it would contain. When I left I felt this perception had changed alot.

Enabled significant self examination and a deeper understanding of myself and what is holding me back. I’m not sure if the course is deliberately so intensive (assuming it is!) but some reflection time would have been welcome. And maybe making the scenarios a bit more modern!
